About Adam Ostrowski
Project Manager
Adam studied biotechnology at the University of Gdansk in Poland and completed his PhD in molecular microbiology at the University of Dundee. He worked on a variety of research projects from bacterial biofilm biology, protein biochemistry, microbial competition to bacteriophage-mediated plant protection. He then became a Field Applications Scientist for a bioreactor systems manufacturer. He now uses his past experiences to support Firefinch’s Customers on their journey with software development and helps our programmers understand the Customers’ needs. Together with other Project Managers and Domain Experts on our Team, he will advise you on how we can contribute to the development of your technology, the best way to initiate a project with us, and other ways we can support you.
About Isabel Vincent
Market Development Manager
Isabel trained in parasitology and metabolomics at Glasgow University and Université Laval in Québec, Canada, where she was particularly interested in methods to detect mechanisms of resistance. After leaving academia, Isabel has focussed on innovation management within biotechnology (at the Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre, IBioIC), deep technology (as part of the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative), the circular economy (EIT’s Girls Go Circular) and in food innovation (at Prozymi Biolabs). As Market Development Manager at Firefinch Software, Isabel is keen to connect to a wide range of life science software users to better understand their needs and pain points – and see if the Firefinch team can help!
